Creative Services for Visionaries

We’re thrilled to have you on board.  Before we dive into all the creative fun, let’s go over some important details to ensure we’re all on the same page.  We’ve kept things simple and straightforward— no legal mumbo jumbo.

2. Our Services

We offer a range of services to help your business shine:

  • Branding & Design: Crafting unique visuals that make your brand stand out.​

  • Website Development: Building beautiful, functional websites tailored to your needs.​

  • Website Hosting: Reliable hosting on our dedicated server for $50/month after your initial service period.​

  • Marketing Strategy: Developing plans to effectively reach your target audience.​

  • Email Marketing: Designing and automating email campaigns to engage your customers.​

  • Channel Development: Creating strategies to expand your presence across various platforms.​

Pay-as-You-Go 

No contract is required, you may cancel at any time, however we require 30-day notice for wrapping up projects and migrating web services.

Project Contracts

Agreement with tentative timeline will be emailed for signing.  Timeline will be based on your project specifics.

3. Payment Terms

  •  Pay as You Go: $500/month. No contract, 30-day cancel notice.​

  •  Let’s Project: $7,500 total, payable over 2-5 months.​

  •  Creative Session: A one-time fee of $250 for a 1.5-hour session.

    Refunds — Email [email protected] to talk to us about it.  Full or partial refunds will be determined case by case, just let us know what’s going on.

All payments are due as specified in your chosen plan.

4. User Responsibilities

To make the most of our services, we ask that you:

  • Provide accurate and timely information.​

  • Communicate openly about your needs and feedback.​

  • Adhere to agreed-upon timelines and approvals.

5. Intellectual Property

While we create designs and strategies for you, Build Creatively, Inc. retains ownership of all original materials until full payment is received. After that, they’re all yours!

6. Termination

If either party needs to end our agreement, we require a 30-day written notice. Any outstanding payments will be due at that time. Our support team is available Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm EST.

7. Limitation of Liability

We’ll always do our best to deliver top-notch services, but we can’t guarantee specific results. Our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us for the services in question.​

8. Changes to These Terms

We might update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you through our website or direct communication.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA.
